2026 Quarter Beef Share

Half Beef share. Deposit must be paid prior to reserve your share by 1/1/26. Final payment due prior to meat pickup. Deposits are $1000 for a whole share, $500 for a half share, and $250 for a quarter share. Total cost is $4.25/hanging weight for whole share, $4.50/hanging weight for a half share, and $4.75/hanging weight for a quarter shares (plus processing). Processing is normally around $375 for quarter shares.
